Policy map
The Terms of Use govern access to Mbopy and the responsibilities of buyers, merchants, brands, and visitors. The Privacy Policy explains personal information practices. The Cookie Policy covers website storage technologies. The Refund Policy explains order, subscription, Boost, and fee outcomes.
These policies should be read together. A product screen, checkout, merchant plan, campaign agreement, or market-specific notice may add terms for a particular transaction.
Mandatory law & policy priority
Mbopy sets a consistent baseline across markets. Mandatory consumer, payment, privacy, tax, or e-commerce law in the user’s country continues to apply and takes priority where it cannot lawfully be changed by contract.
For a custom brand or partner engagement, the signed commercial agreement controls that engagement if it conflicts with general marketing information, subject to mandatory law.
Keeping useful records
Buyers and merchants should retain order references, invoices, delivery records, product evidence, and support communications relevant to an active issue. Mbopy keeps records according to the Privacy Policy and applicable retention duties.
Policy questions can be sent to [email protected]. Include enough context to identify the issue without sending passwords, full payment credentials, or unused confirmation codes.
Review & updates
Policies evolve as Mbopy enters markets, adds payment or logistics partners, and improves products. Material changes are published with a revised effective date and additional notice where required.
These pages describe Mbopy’s product rules and are not personal legal advice. Market-specific legal requirements are reviewed before regulated services or material changes to payments, subscriptions, or consumer protection are launched in a new country.
Our team can help you understand Mbopy and resolve an account, order, or policy question.
