1. Find and check
The buyer discovers a shop, reads the listing, asks questions, and checks the full total.

2. Place the order
The buyer pays through Mbopy. Money for the product and delivery stays secured in the order until fulfilment and delivery confirmation, or a valid issue is resolved.

3. Prepare and hand over
The seller confirms the order and prepares it. If a delivery partner is involved, the handover is recorded separately.

4. Receive and respond
The buyer checks the package before sharing the confirmation code, then confirms, reviews, or reports a problem.
