Agreement & eligibility
By accessing or using Mbopy, you agree to these Terms of Use and the policies linked from them. If you manage a shop for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it.
You must have legal capacity to use the service in your country. A minor may use Mbopy only where permitted and with any legally required parent or guardian involvement.
Mbopy’s role
Mbopy provides marketplace discovery, merchant verification, storefronts, protected payment workflows, order records, delivery confirmation, merchant tools, support, and optional promotional services.
Unless mandatory law provides otherwise or Mbopy expressly provides a service in its own name, the sale contract for a product is concluded between the independent merchant and the buyer. The merchant is the seller of record and remains responsible for its products, descriptions, prices, stock, commercial obligations, fulfilment, warranties, returns, and after-sales service. Mbopy operates the marketplace and facilitates payment protection, transaction records, dispute support and, where available, delivery coordination.
Accounts & verification
Provide accurate, complete, and current information. Protect credentials, one-time codes, QR confirmations, and delivery secrets. You are responsible for activity through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized use.
Verification supports accountability but is not a guarantee of product quality or future conduct. Mbopy may request updated evidence, limit actions, or review an account for identity, fraud, safety, compliance, or security reasons.
Buyer responsibilities
Review listings, merchant information, total price, fees, delivery terms, and product restrictions before ordering. Provide accurate contact and delivery information, use supported payments, inspect delivery, and report problems honestly.
Do not share a delivery confirmation code before receipt. Do not use protection or dispute tools to obtain a product without paying, reverse a legitimate transaction, or pressure a merchant outside applicable policy.
Merchant responsibilities
Publish lawful, accurate listings with current photos, material characteristics, condition, total product price, availability, and realistic fulfilment information. Honour accepted orders or communicate and cancel promptly when fulfilment is impossible. For partner delivery, record the items and sealed package in a handover video before the partner takes custody.
Merchants are responsible for product safety, authenticity, required licences, taxes, records, customer service, returns, and team activity. Mbopy may remove misleading, unsafe, counterfeit, prohibited, or infringing listings.
Payments, fees & payouts
Checkout identifies the product total, Buyer Protection Fee, delivery charge, available payment methods, and total due before payment. Product and delivery amounts may be held while the order is fulfilled or reviewed.
The Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy governs fees, cancellations, refunds and payouts. Buyer Protection and Delivery & Disputes Policies explain the order-protection and responsibility process. Mbopy may delay, reverse, refund, or review a payment or payout for a failed payment, dispute, duplicate charge, fraud concern, legal duty, or provider instruction.
Merchant tax, regulatory & compliance obligations
Each merchant operates its business under its own responsibility. The merchant is responsible for its registration, tax identification, licences, permits, declarations, taxes, duties, social charges, product restrictions and other obligations arising from its activity, income, legal status and products, except where applicable law directly assigns a collection, reporting, withholding or remittance obligation to Mbopy.
Merchants must provide complete, accurate and current legal, tax, payout and compliance information. Mbopy does not provide tax, legal or accounting advice. A merchant’s failure to register, declare or pay an obligation that applies personally to that merchant remains the merchant’s responsibility.
Legally required withholding & reporting
Where law requires Mbopy to calculate, collect, withhold, declare or remit an amount connected with a transaction, Mbopy may collect it at checkout or deduct it from amounts otherwise payable to the merchant. Mbopy may request supporting information before a payout and may adjust a payout to correct an apparent error, subject to applicable law and the payment-provider rules.
Mbopy remains responsible for obligations imposed directly on it, including taxes on its own fees and any platform obligations that cannot lawfully be transferred. Nothing in these Terms removes a buyer’s or merchant’s mandatory legal rights.
Delivery, cancellation & refunds
Delivery can be fulfilled by the merchant or a logistics partner. Timing is an estimate unless mandatory law states otherwise. Buyers should remain reachable; merchants should package safely, record handover evidence for partner delivery, and update delays. A partner that accepts a package assumes custody until successful handover.
Cancellation, return, refund, fee treatment, evidence, and timing are governed by the Refund Policy and mandatory local law. For a confirmed partner failure, Mbopy may refund the buyer’s product and delivery amounts, pay the innocent merchant where proper handover is proven, withhold the partner’s delivery payment, and recover the claim and return costs from the partner. Delivery confirmation can release the merchant payout, so issues should be reported before confirmation whenever reasonably possible.
Additional services
If an additional paid service is offered, its price, duration, and conditions are shown before commitment.
The Refund Policy and applicable law explain how charges for a paid service are handled.
Acceptable use
Use Mbopy only for lawful commerce and do not harm users, providers, systems, or marketplace integrity.

Content & intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you submit and grant Mbopy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, adapt, display, distribute, and use it as needed to operate, secure, improve, and promote the service. You confirm that you have the rights required for this licence.
Mbopy names, logos, software, interface, documentation, and original service materials belong to Mbopy or its licensors. They may not be copied, sold, or exploited beyond applicable law or written permission.
Reviews, suspension & termination
Mbopy may remove content, hold a payout, restrict features, suspend, or terminate access when activity violates these terms, creates risk, threatens marketplace integrity, or requires legal action.
You may request review through support with relevant references and evidence. A review may not reverse an action required for safety, payment integrity, fraud prevention, or law.
Availability & responsibility limits
Mbopy is provided on an availability basis and can change during maintenance or product improvement. Mbopy does not guarantee uninterrupted access, a delivery time, sales volume, ranking, or that every independent merchant or buyer will perform as expected.
Nothing excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Mbopy is not responsible for indirect loss or independent merchant products and conduct, and any responsibility is limited to direct, reasonably foreseeable loss connected to the relevant Mbopy service.
Changes & contact
Updated terms will be published with a revised effective date and additional notice where required. Continued use after the effective date means the updated terms apply to future use, subject to mandatory rights.
Questions can be sent to [email protected]. The law and dispute forum applicable to a specific transaction may depend on the Mbopy entity, buyer, merchant, and country identified at account creation or checkout.
