The simple rules

Know each amount before paying.

  1. 01Buyer Protection is 5% of the product subtotal after discounts, with a minimum of XAF 300 for an eligible order. Delivery is separate.
  2. 02Essential is XAF 0 per 30-day period with 3% on Mbopy sales. Pro is XAF 7,500 per 30-day period with 1.5% on Mbopy sales.
  3. 03The plan charge and commission are shown separately before you commit. Prices and features may change after the notice required by the applicable terms.
  4. 04Refunds depend on the order stage, who is responsible, the evidence, and the applicable policy. A buyer cancellation before acceptance normally does not return the protection fee; a seller cancellation returns 65% according to the applicable policy.
