Delivery models
A merchant may deliver an order directly or use an approved delivery partner. Delivery times are estimates unless a mandatory law or specific service says otherwise. The buyer must provide accurate, reachable delivery information; the merchant must package safely and keep order updates current.
For partner delivery, the merchant records the items and sealed package before handover. When the partner accepts the package, the partner assumes custody until successful buyer handover.
Inspection and handover
The buyer should inspect the package before confirmation. The QR or secret delivery code must never be shared before receipt and inspection. A delivery photo, code or other order record may be used as evidence of handover.
A buyer who sees damage, a missing item or a material difference should report it through the order before confirmation, take clear photos and retain the packaging.
Partner delivery failure
If a partner is confirmed responsible after proper merchant handover, Mbopy protects the buyer and innocent merchant, withholds the partner’s delivery payment and may recover the claim and return costs from the partner.
If the merchant is responsible for the product problem, the merchant may bear the return cost and the delivery partner may be paid for completed work. The Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy sets the applicable payment amounts, fee treatment and refund outcome.
Disputes & review
A disputed order may remain frozen while Mbopy collects records and determines whether the buyer, merchant, delivery partner or another cause is responsible. Mbopy may propose a partial refund, replacement, completion, return, full refund or another appropriate outcome.
For merchant-managed delivery, Mbopy acts as mediator and resolves the protected-payment outcome on the established facts. Mandatory consumer rights and any applicable delivery-provider terms remain available.
